Ok, first of all, why Grace's Goulash. Well, when my mother made goulash there were lots of different ingredients she put into her recipe, and that's what this blog will be about - lots of different things that are going on in my life, things I enjoy, and pretty much whatever I feel like talking about. Just a hodge podge of whatever is bumping around in this noodle of mine:)
My favorite hobby right now is crocheting, and I am finishing up the second of two baby blankets I started this summer. The daughter of one of my friends was expecting twins on September 13th, so I'm thinking, YES, I have plenty of time. Well, the two little babes had different thoughts and arrived 7 weeks early, thus, a flurry of crocheting has been happening over here. The babies are still in the hospital, as they only weighed 3.1 pounds apiece. Thank God, the babies and mother are all quite well!! I am pretty sure this last blanket will be finished before the babies go home, so feeling of relief!! If I can figure out how to insert a picture of the blankets before they go to their new home, I will!!
Not much else to ramble about right now, as even though tomorrow is Labor Day, we have school tomorrow!! If you didn't read my profile, I am an ESL Junior High teacher, and I just love the kids that I teach, but I would still like to sleep in late tomorrow....
